What is Engine 91? 

Engine 91 is a cooperative pilot program made up six fire departments in Oswego County, NY .The six fire departments participating in this  program are Cody, Granby Center, Penniville, Volney, Minetto and Phoenix.

 

The goal of the program is to provide a staffed daytime/weekday engine company that can respond to any emergency in any of the four fire districts quickly. The staffed crew is made up of volunteers from any of the four participating departments. The staffed crew of Engine 91 responds along with units from the local fire department.
